Thought Habits

Have you ever thought “I should be over this by now,” “I already got coached on this,” or “I already know all this mindset stuff?”

These negative thoughts don’t serve you. But they also don’t just go away once you see them for what they are.

All the coaching and personal development in the world does not magically erase these types of thoughts. 

You can free yourself from your judgment and your struggles with thoughts that come up that feel low vibe, but they won’t just disappear.

The reason is that some thoughts are habits.
